More about the Nowogrodziec Youth Firefighting Team
- The new team, which has been active since 2020, achieved its first success by winning the 2022 Municipal Sports and Firefighting Competition in the Youth Firefighting Team category.
- Importantly, in the case of a large proportion of incidents attended by the Nowogrodziec firefighters, former members of the Youth Firefighting Team respond to the calls. (They often make up more than 50% of the crew.)
- Thanks to funding received in 2022, the firefighters managed to provide uniforms for the entire team.
The team’s supervisors are the following firefighters: Rafał Fajkowski (commander), Andrzej Rutyna and Jarosław Śliwa.
