Bolesławiec criminal investigators identified the man who struck the victim’s vehicle with a club based on their findings. The suspect was arrested and charged with two offenses.

The 33-year-old will be held responsible for damaging the vehicle’s windshield. The perpetrator became angry because the driver called him out for blocking free access to a restaurant. When the 33-year-old noticed that the victim was waiting to collect food, he approached the car with a club in his hand and struck the window, causing damage worth more than 500 zlotys.
Police also established that the suspect should not have been driving at all because he was subject to a court-imposed driving ban.
The 33-year-old from Bolesławiec County now faces up to five years in prison.
