The incident occurred on January 16. The matter was reported by volunteer firefighters from Tomaszów Bolesławiecki:
At 7:15 p.m., we were dispatched to search for a missing person in the forested areas of Tomaszów Bolesławiecki.
As we were able to establish, yesterday evening the man called the Provincial Emergency Notification Center and said that he had got off the train in Tomaszów Bolesławiecki, entered the forest and got lost.
What was mysterious about it? The man did not answer the phone from which he had called.

The 49-year-old from Zgorzelec County was found in the Bolesławiec commune. Fortunately, nothing happened to him.
