Officers from the Police Station in Warta Bolesławiecka identified the perpetrator of a break-in at an outbuilding, based on the information they had gathered. The incident took place during the night of January 7–8 in one of the villages. Bolesławiec County Police Headquarters: – Under cover of darkness, the perpetrator stole four aluminum rims worth PLN 2,000.
The 50-year-old resident of Bolesławiec County, who had previously been in conflict with the law, was arrested. The man was charged with two offenses. The first concerned the theft of a moped, which took place at the beginning of January. (The two-wheeler was secured by firefighters in a neighboring county.) The second concerned the aforementioned break-in. Police:

The 50-year-old now faces up to 15 years in prison as a repeat offender.
