Renovation work is underway on two sections of the road along Obrońców Westerplatte Street in Bolesławiec. The contractor is Jagielski, a limited partnership from Bolesławice near Bolesławiec.
Project value: PLN 590,444. The project is co-financed by European Union funds—the Government Roads Development Fund.
Work on the first section—with an asphalt surface—is being carried out from the edge of the carriageway of Śluzowa Street to the intersection with Piotra Skargi Street and Jana Sobieskiego Street. The second part of the works covers the section with a stone-paved surface, from the intersection with Piotra Skargi Street and Jana Sobieskiego Street to the intersection with Willowa Street. The section with the stone-paved surface will be renovated using the same technology because the paving stones are under conservation protection.
The investment is scheduled for completion on April 20, 2023.
