Lithuanians to invest €8 million in the zone in Osła. We know what will be built there

As reported by the Legnica Special Economic Zone, the LSSE Krzywa subzone will be home to the multifunctional Finėjas Polska transport hub. The Lithuanian company’s investment outlays will amount to €8 million in the first stage alone.

The logistics centre is scheduled for completion in the second quarter of 2024. The investment in the LSSE Krzywa subzone (Gromadka municipality – ed. istotne.pl), involving the construction of the multifunctional Finėjas Polska transport hub, includes an office and a drivers’ centre. Training sessions, among other activities, will be held there, and the facility will also be responsible for maintaining road transport. Motel and parking facilities were also taken into account when planning the investment.

– This is another important investment in our region. The preliminary design already shows how multifunctional this hub will be. As the Legnica Special Economic Zone, our everyday activities focus on striving for dynamic development. Well-prepared sites, which are also excellently connected, mean that we can celebrate another investment. The LSSE Krzywa subzone will soon be home to a logistics centre that will be important not only for Lower Silesia, but also for European transport and the freight forwarding industry – says Przemysław Bożek, president of the Legnica Special Economic Zone.

The project is scheduled to be carried out in stages. All of them involve the construction of buildings with a total area of 11,000 sq m and a parking area of 60,000 sq m.

– Poland is our long-term direction, and this region suits us geographically. We have purchased and invested in 250 trucks and trailers. Investments in the plot and the infrastructure necessary for the long-term, sustainable operation and development of the transport business are currently being carried out in Poland – explains Vaidotas Lenktys, general director of the management board of Finejas and a member of the Finejas Poland Sp. z o.o. Council.
