Officers from the Police Station in Kruszyn detained a man suspected of unlawfully depriving his partner of her freedom by locking her in the flat. Bolesławiec District Police Headquarters: “The perpetrator threatened the woman with death, destroyed her mobile phone and used physical violence against the victim, causing various injuries.
In addition, the 32-year-old resident of Warta Bolesławiecka municipality was charged with making criminal threats—threats to kill and cause bodily harm—against another person.
At the request of the District Prosecutor’s Office in Bolesławiec, the court remanded the aggressor in custody for three months. The 32-year-old faces a sentence ranging from three months to as much as five years in prison.
