As the Bolesławiec artillery personnel report:
2022 was an exceptional year for the 23rd Silesian Artillery Regiment in Bolesławiec, as it marked exactly 10 years since its establishment. The next anniversary and the Rocket and Artillery Forces’ Day led to the idea of creating the commemorative badge “Medal of the 10th Anniversary of the 23rd Silesian Artillery Regiment named after Lieutenant General Tadeusz Jordan-Rozwadowski”.
The unit adds:
The Assembly of Professional Officers, the Assembly of Professional Non-Commissioned Officers and the Assembly of Professional Soldiers unanimously adopted resolutions on this matter.
It also explains:
The commemorative badge will be presented to professional soldiers, reserve soldiers of the regiment and other people who particularly distinguish themselves through their service and activities for the 23rd Silesian Artillery Regiment.
