The Jubilarians’ harmonious married lives, and the hard work and sacrifices made for the good of the families they established half a century ago, were recognised by the state authorities, as evidenced by the special “For Long Marital Life” medals awarded by the President of the Republic of Poland.
The decorations were presented on behalf of the President of the Republic of Poland by Ryszard Kawka, head of Gromadka Municipality. The Jubilarians were accompanied at the ceremony by their families and friends. The ceremony was held in a warm, family atmosphere and was enhanced by a performance from the “My Słowianie” ensemble from Osła.
“We are proud that such families are part of our community,” said Ryszard Kawka. “Dear Jubilarians! On such a beautiful day as the fiftieth anniversary of your wedding, we wish you every happiness. May your children and grandchildren bring you joy, and may you live to see your Oak Wedding Anniversary in prosperity and good health,” the head of Gromadka Municipality wished the Jubilarians.
