A breath test showed that the driver had more than 1 per mille of alcohol in her system. Moreover, during the proceedings it turned out that alcohol consumption was not the only reason why she was prohibited from getting behind the wheel.
It emerged that the 29-year-old had a court-imposed driving ban in effect until 2025, as well as a decision revoking her driving privileges. The extremely irresponsible woman now faces a sentence of between three months and as many as five years in prison.
