A detective from the Criminal Investigation Department of the Bolesławiec police unit, working with police officers from Łódź Voivodeship, determined where the car reported as misappropriated was located. KPP: – A resident of Kutno County reported that his former partner had unlawfully taken a car belonging to his mother.
The vehicle, worth PLN 13,000, was located by an officer in the centre of Bolesławiec. (The car was secured as property lost as a result of a crime).
That was not the end of the matter, however. The officers added:
The case will end in court because the woman claimed that she took the car because she was its co-owner.
