Bolesławiec City Hall handed over the construction site for the renovation of the road on Obrońców Westerplatte Street. The investment involves renovating two sections of Obrońców Westerplatte Street.
The first section, with a bituminous surface, covers the part of the road from the edge of the carriageway of Śluzowa Street to the intersection with Piotra Skargi Street and Jana Sobieskiego Street. The second section covers the road section with a stone-paved surface, from the intersection with Piotra Skargi Street and Jana Sobieskiego Street to the intersection with Willowa Street.
The section with the stone-paved surface will be renovated using the same technology because the paving is under heritage conservation protection.
The contractor is “JAGIELSKI” limited partnership from Bolesławice near Bolesławiec. The value of the project is PLN 590,444. The project is co-financed by European Union funds—the Government Road Development Fund.
The investment is scheduled for completion on April 20, 2023.
