An autopsy was performed on the body of the 74-year-old resident of Świętoszów. It revealed no injuries that could have been inflicted by third parties; however, histopathological tests will also be carried out.

According to the Legnica prosecutor’s office, the death of our fellow resident most likely occurred from natural causes. According to the expert, the man had been in the car after his death for between several days and a week.

Let us recall. On 7 October, the Legnica prosecutor’s office was notified that the body of a man, a 74-year-old resident of Świętoszów, had been found in a Citroën car on Kochanowskiego Street in Legnica. The body was in an advanced state of decomposition.

As we previously reported:

What is most frightening about this case is the fact that the resident of Świętoszów probably died in his car... about a week earlier. Only a passer-by happened to react, having been alarmed by a smell coming from the aforementioned car. The man smashed a window and notified the emergency services.

The prosecutor’s office and police are investigating the case. Investigators are still searching for the man’s daughter, who lived in Legnica for some time but is now probably staying in Wrocław.
