As we read on the website of Bolesławiec City Hall:
“Happiness is within us” – this motto, in accordance with the idea of the Happy Kindergarten program created by Dr Natalia Gumińska and C. Mirela Nawrot, accompanied the First Happy Kindergartens Festival, which took place on September 24, 2022, at the Water and Sports Centre in Bolesławiec.
The event was attended by children from the city’s public kindergartens, together with their parents and carers. The MPP staff, working with partner institutions, prepared wonderful entertainment and a range of attractions for Bolesławiec’s youngest residents.
The festival’s guest of honour was C. Mirela Nawrot, author of the Happy Kindergarten program. She presented the symbolic Happiness Cup to all Bolesławiec residents and also honoured Bolesławiec Mayor Piotr Roman and Deputy Mayor Renata Szewczyk with the title of Happy Kindergarten Ambassador, awarded by the Polish Centre of Optimism and the School of Optimism.
The organisers: – Experiencing the festival together unleashed a great deal of positive energy and the joy of being in the friendly company of Bolesławiec’s youngest and adult residents.
