The incident occurred on Thursday, September 22, near the Bolesławiec viaduct. After 12:00 p.m., a road incident involving a passenger car and a moped took place there.

The 41-year-old BMW driver from Bolesławiec failed to yield the right of way to a person riding a moped.
According to preliminary findings, fortunately, no one suffered anything more serious.
