Bolesławiec traffic police stopped a passenger car for inspection during a nighttime patrol of the City of Ceramics. The driver aroused the officers’ suspicions because, although he indicated with his turn signal that he would turn one way, he suddenly turned in the opposite direction upon seeing the police car.
Everything soon became clear. The 39-year-old had bags of marijuana in his possession. What is more, it emerged that he had been driving under the influence of intoxicants. Police: – A test detected two types of substances in the man’s body.
To make matters worse, it turned out that the vehicle in which the suspect was traveling did not have a valid technical inspection. The outcome? The 39-year-old’s driving licence was immediately seized. He now additionally faces up to three years in prison and financial penalties.
