– Officers from the Criminal Department of the Bolesławiec unit identified and arrested a man suspected of first stealing a car key and documents, and then breaking into and stealing a vehicle, as well as driving a car despite a court-imposed ban – says Staff Aspirant Anna Kublik-Rościszewska, press officer of the District Police Headquarters in Bolesławiec.

In addition, the officers proved that the suspect had committed another crime: breaking into a vehicle and stealing a dashcam from inside.
The arrested 29-year-old is well known to the police, having previously been convicted of crimes against property. Now, as a recidivist, he could face up to 15 years in prison.
