The incident occurred on Tuesday, September 20, on the Łaziska–Stare Jaroszowice road. After 7:00 p.m., the driver of a passenger car lost control of the vehicle, left the road and ended up in a ditch.
One person was injured. As reported by The Bad Bunzlauer:
All emergency services were at the scene.
Update 12:32 p.m.
Officers determined that the Citroën was being driven by a 41-year-old resident of Bolesławiec municipality, who was completely drunk; he had nearly 2 per mille of alcohol in his system.
The man was detained. He faces up to two years in prison.
