The incident took place on September 7. Volunteer firefighters from Krzyżowa:
(...) at 5:47 p.m. we were dispatched to a fire involving an electrical box in the village of Kraśnik Górny.
They add:
Our task was to secure the scene and extinguish the box using a powder fire extinguisher.
Firefighters from Krzyżowa and Bolesławiec, as well as the emergency power service, took part in the operation.
