The support is intended for non-governmental organisations and entities conducting statutory activities in the field of education and upbringing.

Programme assumptions

Under the programme, earmarked grants will be awarded to finance the costs of an investment related to:

  • the purchase of real estate,
  • the construction of a facility,
  • the adaptation of a facility,
  • the purchase of equipment.

An applicant may submit only one application for an amount from PLN 50,000 to PLN 5 million. The planned investment must be maintained for no less than 5 years.

The programme’s key objectives include::

  • strengthening the infrastructural potential of entities supporting the education and upbringing system,
  • supporting the development of civil society,
  • strengthening civic organisations in the strategic dimension,
  • expanding the offering of extracurricular and out-of-school education,
  • supporting the development of learning the Polish language and Polish education in Poland and abroad.
