Municipal officials:

The new facility is intended for 150 children. The kindergarten building includes six groups, each with a complete sanitary unit, a meal distribution room, a small gymnasium, a children’s cloakroom, a sensory room, and administrative and technical facilities.

The building was also designed to be energy-efficient and accessible to people with disabilities. The facility is equipped with, among other things:

  • low-temperature underfloor heating,
  • heat pumps,
  • mechanical ventilation with heat recovery,
  • a photovoltaic installation,
  • triple-glazed windows,
  • a rainwater tank.

As part of the project, parking spaces, pavements, a service yard and fencing were constructed. The property includes a playground with safe surfaces and a recreational area naturally shaded by existing trees. The grounds are lit and monitored.

The office adds:

The next stage is to fully equip the facility with furniture, the necessary equipment for educational activities and various play accessories for preschoolers.
