From Thursday, August 11, through Saturday, August 13—and, if you especially enjoy our festival, even through Sunday!
Especially for you, the chefs will prepare delicious aphrodisiacs:
- Delicious oysters with tiger’s milk, coriander, shallot and habanero,
- Shrimp in a delicious watermelon sorbet with warming jalapeño and pickled ginger. (The ingredients that kindle the senses also include mango and avocado, which we have incorporated into a vegan ceviche)
- Juicy mango with avocado, jackfruit, cherry tomatoes, roasted broad beans and nori, all drizzled with lemon juice.
There will also be classic ceviche options, namely:
- An exquisite composition of tuna, red onion, coriander, grilled lettuce, lemon curd, roasted tomato, chili and crispy banana chips,
- We also have something for fish fans: halibut, compressed orange and grapefruit, lime foam, pickled cucumber, scallion and roasted sweet potato.
Ceviche is an ideal choice for sushi lovers who are not afraid to discover new flavors and textures.
All this will be accompanied by a fabulous drink, almost straight from a Mexican beach, served not only in the standard size but also in a share version (900 ml).
