This is the first stage of the investment, which includes the construction of more than 150 metres of road with a bituminous surface.
What has been done?
A pedestrian and cycling path with a red asphalt surface has been built along the road. As part of the investment, a raised intersection was constructed, a shoulder reinforced with concrete paving blocks was built, and a kerbside drain and a utility duct were installed.
The contractor is the company Świadczenie Usług Transportowo-Budowlanych from Radostów Dolny near Lubań. The total cost of the project was PLN 634,918. The funds come from the budget of the City of Bolesławiec.
The municipal office adds: – In previous years, lighting was installed on Nadrzeczna Street. In 2019, 16 street lamps with LED fixtures were installed, allowing energy consumption to be reduced to 14 W, as well as enabling remote control and circuit monitoring. An air pollution meter was also installed on one of the poles. Through the Airly app, it allows residents to check current air pollution levels.
