Police officers from the Nysa group, as a result of operational work, obtained information based on which—together with Border Guard officers—they found stolen Kia Stinger and Alfa Romeo Giulia vehicles on one of the streets in Bogatynia. – The cars were stolen on 14 and 15 June 2022 from Germany. The registration plates fitted to the vehicles were assigned to other vehicles – explains Staff Sergeant Aleksander Litwin from the County Police Headquarters in Zgorzelec. – The owners valued them at €45,000.
The cars will be returned to their owners. Activities are currently underway to establish all the circumstances of the aforementioned crimes and apprehend those involved in the thefts.
