A police officer from the District Police Headquarters in Bolesławiec presented certificates and awards during a special meeting to students honored in a competition organized as part of the cross-border project entitled “A Borderland Safe for Seniors.” The winners were students from the School Complex in Osiecznica and the Building Schools Complex in Bolesławiec.
A police officer from Lwówek also attended the meeting with Buddy, a service dog. As part of cooperation between the units, the officer told the students what a police dog’s service looks like and what characterizes the training of a patrol-and-tracking dog.
