– The past few years have been a time of intensive work for us. Our participants and staff tried to make the most effective use of every day at WTZ. We observed the results of these efforts fairly quickly. In recent years, five people from our facility have found employment, said Justyna Ziółkowska during the ceremony. – We made our presence strongly felt not only in the local community, but also across the country, receiving distinctions in various art competitions and sporting events. We took part in many projects and simply tried to live our lives, happy that at some point in our existence fate set us on one path, which we follow together.

The facility does not intend to rest on its laurels. – We would like to expand our activities and open at least two new workshops, says Justyna Ziółkowska. The Association of Parents of Children and Young People Requiring Special Care in Bolesławiec is also preparing an application for funding to renovate the WTZ premises. – We have big plans and even greater faith that we will manage to achieve them, the head emphasises. – This celebration is above all a celebration of our participants. Everything we do, we do for them. They are the most important to us.
