The volunteers who reported for voluntary basic military service received their weapons on June 7, already on the second day of basic training. In the 23rd Silesian Artillery Regiment in Bolesławiec, 87 people reported for duty, while 75 did so at the 10th Armoured Cavalry Brigade in Świętoszów.
Those who complete the nearly month-long basic training will take an oath on the flag of the respective unit and will then be able to begin almost a year of specialist training.
Volunteers from various regions of Poland reported for duty at our units. Tomorrow, they will begin service with weapons.
