The announcement concerns the sale of undeveloped properties designated as plots numbered 1211/11, 1211/18, 1211/20 and 1211/14.
The properties are located in the north-western part of Bolesławiec, on the outskirts of the “Osiedle Kwiatowe” single-family housing estate. The plots have regular shapes resembling a square, rectangle and trapezoid. The terrain is flat. The following utilities run through the road plots securing access to the area:
- Kormoranów Street, Żurawia Street, Bażantowa Street and Skowronkowa Street – a sewerage network, water supply network and low-voltage electricity network.
Under the local spatial development plan, the plots are designated for single-family residential development.
It is worth recalling that last year work was completed in the Ptasia–Widok area on the construction of roads and lighting. The roads were built along the new streets: Kormoranów, Żurawia, Bażantowa and Skowronkowa. The investment included roads with a total length of more than 1,350 m, asphalt pedestrian and cycle paths, shared pedestrian and vehicle routes, and lighting.
In the Ptasia–Widok area, 49 street lamps have been installed; the plots are fully serviced and utilities have been connected. In 2018–2019, a combined sewerage system and water supply network were constructed. The street lighting is energy-efficient.
A kindergarten is being built in “Osiedle Kwiatowe”. The new facility is intended for 150 children. The kindergarten building will include six units, each with full sanitary facilities, a meal distribution room, a small gymnasium, a children’s cloakroom, a sensory therapy room, administrative and technical facilities, and a winter garden. The building has been designed to be energy-efficient and accessible to people with disabilities. The facility will include, among other things: low-temperature underfloor heating, heat pumps, mechanical ventilation with heat recovery, a photovoltaic installation, triple-glazed windows and a rainwater tank. The project includes 46 parking spaces and four parking spaces for people with disabilities. The work also includes the construction of pavements, a playground, a utility yard and fencing around the site.
Currently, under the first unrestricted oral tender, a plot with an area of 0.0771 ha at Bażantowa Street is being offered, with a starting price of PLN 210,000. Another plot at Kormoranów Street has an area of 0.0726 ha, with a starting price of PLN 198,000. The next plot, also at Kormoranów Street, has an area of 0.0770 ha, with a starting price of PLN 210,000. A plot located at Bażantowa Street has an area of 0.0855 ha, with a starting price of PLN 232,000.
