On Saturday evening, a police officer from a neighboring unit detained in Bolesławiec County a driver who was driving across the entire width of the road.

The young officer of the District Police Headquarters in Polkowice blocked the vehicle swerving across the road and prevented the driver from continuing his journey.

A sobriety test conducted by a Bolesławiec traffic police patrol showed that the 68-year-old had 1.6 per mille of alcohol in his system.
