Bolesławiec criminal investigators identified the perpetrator of two property-related offences. The 35-year-old resident of the City of Ceramics broke into a garden allotment shed at the beginning of March and stole power tools.
Several days later, he tried to break into the shed again because, as he admitted, he wanted to steal a branch shredder that he needed. This time, however, he was unable to overcome the security measures.
The 35-year-old now faces up to 10 years in prison.
