Bolesławiec traffic police stopped a vehicle for inspection whose driver was not wearing a seat belt. – During the check, it turned out that the 26-year-old was subject to two active court bans on driving vehicles – reports Staff Warrant Officer Anna Kublik-Rościszewska, press officer for the District Police Headquarters in Bolesławiec.
She adds: – Under the law, the resident of Bolesławiec municipality may not drive until December 2024.
The irresponsible 26-year-old now faces up to five years in prison.
