Police officers from Kruszyn – acting on the prosecutor’s instructions – detained a 34-year-old resident of Warta Bolesławiecka municipality who had been abusing members of his family for some time. KPP Bolesławiec:
The man – despite previous interventions and restraining orders – continued to start arguments while under the influence of alcohol, during which he insulted and humiliated household members and destroyed everyday objects.
The aggressor was first brought before the District Prosecutor’s Office in Bolesławiec, and the court then remanded him in custody for two months. The 34-year-old now faces up to five years in prison.
