As reported by PKP PLK:
Changes to train services, which occurred today from 4:00 a.m. and were caused by faults affecting the operation of local control centres, are nationwide in scope. In coordination with the Ministry of Infrastructure, a task force is working with representatives of the infrastructure manager PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A. and railway carriers.
