On the occasion of International Women’s Day, a ceremonial meeting was held between the commander of the 23rd Artillery Regiment and the women working and serving at the Bolesławiec military unit.
While extending his wishes to women in uniform and employees of the Ministry of National Defence, Col. Marek Wasielewski emphasized the important influence women have on family life and nurturing the home, as well as their irreplaceable presence in professional life.
The regiment commander expressed his appreciation to the women serving in uniform, emphasizing their significant role in serving the homeland, particularly in view of the tasks currently being carried out and the conflict in Ukraine. Referring to the military service involving many sacrifices, he noted how much service members owe to their mothers, wives and daughters, who support them in their service every day.
To all women serving and working in the 23rd Silesian Artillery Regiment in Bolesławiec, Col. Marek Wasielewski extended his warmest wishes for happiness, perseverance and every success.
