Bolesławiec criminal investigators arrested a 31-year-old man. KPP:
The man is suspected of committing the theft of a vehicle by breaking in.
The crime took place on February 9, during the night, in Bolesławiec. The suspect has already been charged in the case.
However, that is not the end of the matter. During police proceedings, it came to light that the 31-year-old had sentences to serve for property damage and violating a police officer’s bodily integrity. The result? The man has already been sent to prison, where he will spend the next two years.
What is more, he faces up to 10 years in prison for the latest offense.
