Little Julcia is already in Barcelona with her father. Doctors are carrying out tests at the clinic to assess the child’s condition based on their results and decide on treatment. Julcia is strong and brave, but this is a very stressful time for her. She cries and will not leave her father’s arms.
– We believe that Julka will recover and, throughout her long life, will give this goodness back – her mother, Svitlana Faltyn, says in an interview with istotne.pl.
At first, Julka had no symptoms that would seriously worry her parents. The child was constipated and had somewhat dark circles under her eyes. Visits to the doctor provided no answers. However, on March 31, 2021, during a bath, her parents felt a worrying change on her abdomen. The doctor immediately referred them for an ultrasound, during which a large kidney tumor was detected. That was how the fight for her life began… Further tests confirmed stage IV neuroblastoma. It is a very aggressive childhood cancer.
