The incident took place on February 6. At around 5:45 p.m., a woman notified the emergency services that in the town of Gromadka, “the sound of gunshots” could be heard.
A police patrol went to the scene. It turned out that two men—aged 42 and 38—had been setting off… fireworks that day.
The offenders, who disturbed the peace and public order, were cautioned.
