Police officers from the Investigative and Criminal Departments of the Bolesławiec police station, while carrying out activities related to a robbery during which a phone was stolen, detained a 20-year-old resident of Legnica suspected of handling stolen goods. KPP:
As a result of the checks, property worth PLN 1,500 that had come from the crime and was being used by the suspect was recovered.
The suspect was charged. He told the officers that he had bought the phone from an unknown person.
The Legnica resident now faces up to five years in prison.
