The incident took place on January 20, after 10:00 a.m., in Szczytnica.

According to the officers’ findings, an Opel Astra left the road on a bend and hit a tree. Five Ukrainian citizens were traveling in the vehicle.
The car was driven by a 34-year-old man. One of the passengers was injured in the incident: a 20-year-old man. He was taken to hospital. It is not yet known how serious his injuries are.
Firefighters from Bolesławiec, Tomaszów Bolesławiecki, and Różyniec, as well as the police and an emergency medical team, took part in the operation.
