The incident occurred on Monday, March 22, in Nowe Jaroszowice (Bolesławiec municipality). At around 9:00 a.m., the Mazda driver lost control of the vehicle and drove into a roadside ditch. The 37-year-old was driving alone. He was not injured.
The man was completely drunk. He had more than 2.5 per mille of alcohol in his system. He now faces up to 2 years in prison.
