Bolesławiec traffic police detained three drivers in our county who should not have been behind the wheel at all. A 27-year-old from Bolesławiec County and a 23-year-old from Podlaskie Voivodeship were caught; the courts had banned both men from driving.

On the A4, officers also detained a 58-year-old from Silesia who was driving a car despite having his driving entitlements withdrawn.

Bolesławiec County Police Headquarters:

Breaking a court ban is punishable by up to 5 years in prison, while driving despite having one’s driving entitlements withdrawn carries a penalty of up to 2 years’ imprisonment.
