During a night patrol in Bolesławiec, officers from the Traffic Department stopped a vehicle for a roadside check. It was being driven by a resident of Osiecznica municipality.
It turned out that the 21-year-old had not only got behind the wheel without a driving licence, but had also done so under the influence of a narcotic substance.
The extremely irresponsible 21-year-old now faces up to two years in prison.
