If conditions are favorable, there is no frost and there is plenty of moisture, edible mushrooms can grow in late autumn and even during the calendar winter. This is currently the case with the common chanterelle, known as a chanterelle.
The mushroom can be found in the Lower Silesian Forests. Of course, this is no longer a so-called mushroom boom in terms of quantity, but if someone is lucky, they can gather enough for a sauce.
