The incident occurred on Friday, 17 December, after 12:00 p.m., at the intersection of Łokietka and Zgorzelecka streets. Two vehicles collided there: a passenger car and a bicycle.
According to police findings, the 59-year-old rider, a resident of Bolesławiec, made an improper turning manoeuvre and hit a Volkswagen.
The cyclist, who suffered a leg injury, was taken to hospital.
