The incident took place on December 15, after 10 p.m., in our county. The driver, a 26-year-old resident of Osiecznica Commune, lost control of the vehicle, left the road and ended up in a roadside ditch.
As officers determined, the young perpetrator was under the influence of marijuana. The 26-year-old immediately had his driving licence revoked.
The resident of Osiecznica Commune now faces, among other things, up to two years in prison.
