Community police officers, together with the sanitary services, regularly inspect commercial premises to check whether the sanitary restrictions are being observed. KPP Bolesławiec:
Unfortunately, many of us disregard the risks associated with the pandemic.
The officers remind people that it is necessary to cover their mouths and noses in enclosed spaces and wherever it is not possible to maintain social distancing and a safe distance.
They add:
Let us take care not only of ourselves, but also of others. Every day, the number of people sick with COVID-19 and those subject to home quarantine is increasing. Let us be responsible and comply with the restrictions.
Where must the mouth and nose be covered?
- in shared areas of a property (e.g. in a stairwell);
- on a bus, tram or train;
- in a shop, shopping centre, bank, at a market and at a post office;
- at the workplace, if more than one person is present in the room (unless the employer decides otherwise);
- at the workplace during direct service to a customer or visitor;
- in a cinema and theatre;
- at a doctor’s office, clinic, hospital, massage parlour and tattoo parlour;
- in a church and school, and at a university;
- in an office and other public buildings (in a court, cultural institution, banks, at a post office, etc.
