The incident occurred on Friday, 19 November, on Widok Street in Bolesławiec. After 7:00 a.m., the driver of a Volkswagen, a 45-year-old woman from Bolesławiec County, failed to yield the right of way to an Opel driven by an 81-year-old man from Legnica.
The force of the collision was so great that the Opel then struck a Ford driven by a 36-year-old man from Bolesławiec.
The Opel’s passenger was injured. She was taken to the Emergency Department in Bolesławiec.
According to the Bolesławiec police, proceedings are being conducted in connection with a road accident.
