Venison, wild boar and pheasant meat were once very popular in Polish cuisine. The natural lifestyle of game animals gives their meat exceptional flavor and health benefits. Unlike products from farmed animals, game meat is free from chemicals, and combined with aromatic spices and carefully selected accompaniments, it provides an extraordinary taste experience.
On Thursday, from 7:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., Winestone Head Chef Łukasz Leszczynowicz invites you to a tasting dinner, during which we will try five specially prepared dishes and a dessert.
Each course will be served with a carefully selected wine.
The menu includes:
- venison tartare with a quail egg and chanterelles,
- porcini cream soup with goose crackling and truffle oil,
- a mini wild boar burger,
- sous vide goose fillet with juniper purée,
- rabbit legs on edible soil with white chocolate sauce,
- brownie with forest fruit mousse.
If you would like to attend Thursday’s Game Meat Evening, reserve your place by calling +48 573 207 972 – places are limited.
The cost of dinner with wine is 198 PLN per person.
In addition to Thursday’s special tasting evening, selected game meat dishes will also be available to order from Friday through Sunday.
