The incident took place on Friday, October 22. After 10 p.m., firefighters were called by a passerby to a burning residential building in Kruszyn on Główna Street. At the time of the call, the entire roof of the building was already on fire.

Fortunately, the person who lived there had left the burning house before the emergency services arrived.

Because of the intensity of the fire, the officers could not get inside for a long time. Once they did, it turned out that a dog was also inside. The animal was very frightened, but fortunately it was in a room not affected by the fire, so it was unharmed.

Road No. 94 was closed in this section for several hours. Police are determining the cause of the incident.
