Laura Słocka, head of the Powiatowy Zespół Szkół i Placówek Specjalnych in Bolesławiec and, previously, the longtime director of the Zespół Szkół Ogólnokształcących i Zawodowych im. majora Henryka Sucharskiego in Bolesławiec, has been honored—as the first person in our county—with the honorary title of Professor of Education, conferred by the Ministry of Education and Science.
